How the house runs
The studio stays at a size where every decision carries a name. We would rather be careful than considerable.
evrrun runs on what it earns. No outside capital means no borrowed urgency — and no one to answer to but the standard.
Decisions here are taken slowly and reversed rarely. If an idea cannot wait a season, it was never ours.
We measure the studio in decades, not quarters. Continuity is the plan, not the consolation.
How it's built

A build ships only after it has survived real devices on real days. If we wouldn't run it ourselves, nobody else should have to.
Proven tools, plain formats, no fashionable dependencies. The excitement belongs in the product, never in the plumbing.
Why it exists
Most things are released, then abandoned. evrrun exists to be the other kind of company — one that stays with what it makes.
What carries the name
What is true right now
Sunk is nearly ready. Receipts, a weekly print, a home-screen widget. Next comes a closed test on Google Play with people who owe us nothing but honesty.
The front door. evrrun.com goes up. The house, standing quietly behind the work.
Testing it like hardware. We use it all day, break it on purpose, and write down every creak. The creak list is finally getting short.
Something taking shape, door closed. The first product is being built in private. No teasers, no waitlist — it gets shown when it works, not before.
The house opens. Papers filed, one desk, our own savings. No investors to update, and no clock but ours.
This is the whole policy. It is short because the honest answer is short.
Nothing. No analytics, no cookies, no trackers. If you write to us, we have your email because you sent it — it is used to reply, and for nothing else.
Your usage stays on your phone: which apps you open and for how long is never sent anywhere. An anonymous heartbeat (an id made from the phone, never your name or number; phone model, Android version, country, plan and today's total minutes) tells us the app is alive. Email us the install id shown in Sunk's settings and we delete everything tied to it, within 30 days and usually the same day.
The software does what its own pages say, and nothing it does is hidden from you. We fix honest defects and answer mail personally.
Use it as a person, not a scraper; accept that early builds can have rough edges — that is what early means.
